Plan Your Product Development at our Pilot Plant
At Dan-Web we believe in the necessity for an ongoing development on the product side as well as on the technical side. We execute this in close cooperation with our customers and very often on our state-of-the-art pilot plant.

The plant is mainly used for process and product development. We always take into account our customer’s know-how of market needs and requirements and combine this with Dan-Web’s know-how of process and technology. This mutual exchange of knowledge provides the optimum set-up for new solutions.

Results and experiences from the pilot plant are easily transferred to a high-scale commercial Dan-Web production plant.

Training of Staff
Dan-Web also provides training and education of our customers' machine operators before they take over their own production. Our operators are very skilled and offer more than 300 man-years in-house experience in operating commercial airlaid plants. This is a unique position in an industry which is only 30-35 years old.
